Wonderful Stay in a Great Location
friendly staff quiet location perfect promenade nice variety
The bar staff was great and really friendly. I appreciated the location it was quiet but close to shops bars and restaurants. I enjoyed the promenade it was perfect for walking. Breakfast had a nice variety and something to suit everyone.
The buffet had too many things to eat a lot of greenery and vinegar and little variety of food.

a stay with mixed feelings
weak air conditioning small gym
i found some things amiss . the air conditioning in my room barely worked, it made sleeping difficult. also, the noise from the street at night was louder, that was a real problem. i also didn't like that the gym was so small, it only had a few machines, that was disappointing.

rude staff customer service
the staff seemed a bit off. i had a friend visit, and they treated her like she was doing something criminal. they embarrassed us in front of everyone and threw her out. i thought that showed disrespect. there are better ways to handle things than they did. their customer service needs work.

comfortable beds pool area beach proximity attentive staff
the room was well-kept it had comfortable beds and daily cleaning services i especially liked the balcony overlooking the pool the staff were courteous especially in the dining area and always ready to help. the breakfast buffet was varied with fresh options daily the omelets prepared each morning were a highlight and the restaurant staff were attentive. the pool area was kept immaculate with plenty of space for sunbathing i appreciated the availability of fresh towels and the attentive poolside service. its proximity to the beach was great and the restaurants nearby offered lots of choices
the air conditioning was centrally controlled and wasn't available when it was warm

the hotel benefits from a prime spot near the beach it made accessing the shore simple and easy the proximity to local restaurants and shops adds to the convenience making it simple to explore.

breakfast included many options i found the omelets especially enjoyable the dining staff ensured everything stayed fresh and plentiful the atmosphere was relaxing with views of the sea from most tables.

staff were friendly and helpful especially with requests the daily room cleaning always left it super clean the service throughout the hotel was efficient and consistent making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

the pool area was spacious with enough sun loungers the facilities were well kept ensuring a good experience each day the hotel's common areas looked modern and elegant i noticed an evening entertainment.
